Writing Excuses (Podcast)
A Hugo- and Parsec-award winning podcast starring Brandon Sanderson, Howard Taylor, Dan Wells, and Mary Robinette Kowal. In 15-20 minutes, they talk about a specific piece of writing advice, whether it be genre-related or business related. Frequently, the show features guests from the industry, creative and editorial, to speak on the show.
They have a very long archive as they do a year's worth of weekly episodes and have been going for 9 seasons. I'd recommend scanning their archives for things of interest, starting with the most recent.
It's also worth noting that they recently released a collection, Shadows Beneath, which features stories that each of them brainstormed and workshopped in the end of season 7/beginning of season 8.
